Commercial use is permitted under the license. Applications, solutions, and other derivative products can be build on OpenWeather data and used with a commercial purpose. However, you must comply with its core requirements:

• Attribution: you must credit OpenWeather as required by the license terms.
• Redistribution: you cannot redistribute data in its raw form. If you share adapted dataset you must make it available under the same ODbL license.
